WHO WE ARE
JobTrail is a majority Aboriginal owned and operated Recruitment business that brings new energy to the market. JobTrail has a national footprint and demonstrated experience and expertise in recruitment, workforce management and contract labour. We are capable of mobilising and managing projects of all sizes.
In establishing JobTrail, we sought to create an enabler for the breakdown of common barriers which are faced when sourcing, selecting, employing and training Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across Australia. To this end, JobTrail is much more than a recruitment provider. The team has carefully designed a suite of services which encompass the full life-cycle of training and employment.
