WHO WE ARE
JobTrail is the Indigenous services division of the WorkPac Group and is dedicated to Indigenous employees. JobTrail assists Indigenous employees with all aspects of their employment by providing support and links to the local community and Traditional Owner Groups.
Our JobTrail initiative development began in late 2015 with the meeting of our Chairman, Phil Smart, his longtime friend Albert Bowie and members of the Senior Management team to explore one simple question - ‘How do we increase our investment and contribution to Indigenous employment and training in Australia?’.
In establishing JobTrail, we sought to create an enabler for the breakdown of common barriers which are faced when sourcing, selecting, employing and training Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across Australia. To this end, JobTrail is much more than a recruitment provider. The team has carefully designed a suite of services which encompass the full life-cycle of training and employment.
